I posted in Chat yesterday but no reply.

Has anyone else had their vaccines in 2 places England/Scotland

What did you do?

I have read about a handful of cases in the news but no resolution and no talk of the two NHSs reconciling.

LOADS of people, and I mean thousands, have this issue OP, take comfort, you are not alone.
You can get your English GP to make an entry on your record, but no, the NHS app will not show the Scottish one.
My DD had her first, term time, in Scotland, and 2nd, home from Uni in England. On her NHS app the details of her 2nd say '2 of 2', so that's something, and she has a paper certificate from NHS Scotland to say she had her first.
She has, however, managed to travel successfully with these, first to Spain, then Ireland.

I'm in this boat; first jab in England, second jag in Scotland.

Getting the systems to line up does seem to be a ballache of a task. I've had to contact the health board with proof of my English vaccine, which will be added to my NHS Scotland 'profile' (or case, or whatever they call it). Then I will get a letter, and presumably when they sort the Scottish NHS app out I'll be able to use that.

We have to be able to show vaccination status from 1 October so hopefully it'll be sorted by then. But I'm anticipating that it probably won't be.
