Travel insurance for UK holiday to cover covid?

We have booked a holiday in the UK for a week in October. Me, DH and DS along with two other families. We are all staying in separate lodges. The other two families have had covid (one family the mum and dad have had it and one family the two kids have had it). Neither me, my DH or DS have had it and we are double vaxxed (son isn't as he's too young).
I'm now worried that we'll get covid just before we are due to go on holiday. It's our only holiday this year so I'll be gutted but more gutted about losing the money we've paid already. I haven't read the small print in detail but I think if we cancel in the two weeks before we go we'll lose it all.
Has anyone had travel insurance for a UK holiday that covers covid sickness or isolation? I think this would put my mind at rest a bit but don't know if policies cover covid. I will check it out later but thought I'd ask here first.

Yes, we did this, we’ve been away twice. I paid for extra insurance on one that covered cancellation due to being close contact or having case confirmed. The other I got insurance from Staysure which covered the same, it wasn’t too expensive. Check the covid rules first where you are going as the cottage we were with did say we could change due to being tested positive.

Brilliant thanks. I'll check out Staysure.

I used Trailfinders insurance, it covered covid sickness and isolation during the holiday (abroad).

Most comparison sites now have a filter for enhanced covid cover, but you still have to read the small print to see what is covered
