I have been working from home before and during the pandemic, we have been told the company wants us to smart work, spending the majority of the working week in the office. Our building holds 1500 people, it’s open plan. There will be no social distancing at desks which are set out in blocks of six.
On entering the building we have to show proof of a negative lateral flow test.
Now I totally understand the need to get the us back into the office, we are based right in the city centre, so it will boost the local businesses.
Should I be concerned about the risk of covid? I have elderly parents who I visit regularly. We are all double jabbed.
