Day 9- DP Positive

Morning all, myself and DP currently on day 9 of isolation due to my positive test. DP now has symptoms and is awaiting PCR results. Is anyone clear on the isolation rules? Do I need to isolate further if he is positive? Can't find anything on the official websites that actual says yes or no. We both have had one dose of vaccine.

No, you don’t have to isolate, after you’ve done your 10 days as long as you are feeling fine and don’t have a temperature.

Can I ask why he was isolating? Is he not double vaccinated or did you just feel more comfortable with him isolating too? Hope you are both better soon.

We both have had one dose of vaccine so he needed to isolate too.

Thank you, that's what I thought but the guidelines are so confusing.
