Sorry if this has been done to death. I’m ttc and ovulating today and due 2nd Covid jab a week today. I wasn’t ttc at the time of my first. I was incredibly poorly with jab 1. Im not sure whether to dtd or not, or to leave it a month Confused I’m worried about the lack of data, evidence and it’s effects in the very early stages of pregnancy. Unless I’m mistaken it will only be around now that babies will start being born to mothers who have had the jab. I understand the benefits to having it after the first trimester, but at possible conception ConfusedIs anyone else ttc and in the same boat? Can anyone settle my nerves about this?

If worried then just wait until next month?

I had my vaccine as we were going through IVF at the time. We were waiting til the following month for our IVF round. then got pregnant accidently a few days after my vaccine (I am now just shy of 20 weeks). I have two other friends who conceived within days of their vaccines and are now 14 weeks along (one of which had three miscarriages before). so doesn't seem to do any harm.

Obv if you're very poorly it may reduce your chances slightly but it will be so early it's unlikely that the embroyo would have even implanted at that point to make any difference. it floats around for about 5 days after conception and your health will make no difference
