Childminder - Positive LFT

My Childminder reported a + LFT this morning. DD2 was with her all day yesterday. No other person from my household has had close contact with her as literally drop off and pick up at front door. She's going for a PCR later. If that's positive do we isolate or just DD (obvs with me!). The new rules confuse the hell out of me!!

If in England it is only unvaxxed over 18s who isolate if a close contact but advice is for close contacts to get a pcr - be warned it's not a fail proof system. My dd is positive and we all got negative pcrs so only dd has isolated and three days later my ds has positive ltf and off for a pcr so if you can isolate dd I would but it's not legally required or even the guidance which can make it hard to know what to do esp with work etc
Hope you all stay well

Thank you! She's just done another LFT which came back negative and off for a PCR at 9.
