Leg ache after first astrazeneca

I had my first Astrazeneca jab at the end of April. I then started with bad stomach cramps and a pain in my opposite arm and cramp in my left calf. I still have mild ache in my leg. I have asked 2 different doctors about this and whether I am safe to have the second vaccine and they just brush it off and say it fine to get it. Would a blood clot show more severe symptoms than this.

I had the ache in my leg after my 2nd vaccine, it lasted a couple days and then vanished. I was worried about a blood clot but the type of clot related to the vaccine tend to be in the brain not leg.

I had leg ache too after first AZ, passed after a couple of days

I also had pain behind my left knee for a month after my second AZ jab. A nurse at my GP surgery was able to run a simple D-dimer test for possible clot problems - it looked like a lateral flow test but used finger prick blood and gave a result there and then. It showed no problems and combined with no swelling or redness of the leg they ruled out clots. Maybe yours could do the same? It's horrible to have that uncertainty hanging over you when you have that decision to make.

@GreatAndWonderous. I did ask the doctor the first time if he could do a blood test and he just said it won't be a blood clot. The second doctor just said people tolerate the second jab better. So neither were any help.
