If after having one jab, I have antibodies, does this mean I will not die from covid? Does this mean I will not be seriously ill with covid?

Thanks

It means that whatever chance you had originally of becoming seriously ill or dying has been very significantly reduced. But as with any illness, a lot is dependent on individual physiology, nobody can tell you for certain that you definitely won’t die or become seriously ill.

No, not necessarily.

I am unvaccinated and had covid in August. I had it really mild and felt fine.

My colleague has had 1 jab and got covid at the same time as me, so looks like we caught it from the same person at work. She is very poorly and her isolation has been extended.
