I realise this is covid related but posting here for traffic.

We have PCR tests booked for early tomorrow for our return flight on Monday. Checking the gov.uk website tonight its saying that antigen tests are ok, but PCR are 'advised'.

For reasons related to wanting to enjoy my holiday and not being arsed to get up early tomorrow to drop £200 on a test that may not be needed I thought I'd ask here to see if any one has any words of wisdom if they've made a similar trip in the past few days.

TIA

No but Majorca - lateral flow accepted

When we got to the UK they never even checked

PCR is only advised you are fine with a LF test, don’t make it harder on yourself the testing requirements are already a joke!
