Does anyone know how cases are allocated to an area? Is it by where the test was done or by where the person lives? Just wondering as I've noticed that the local area where our hospital is often has slightly higher rates - could that be due to inpatients testing positive during routine testing or just coincidence? And the high rates in Cornwall - are they locals or would tourists be included if they test positive while on holiday?
