Neck and back pain anyone?

Hello just wondered if anyone has experienced full body aches especially back and neck? I feel like I've been hit by a bus

Morning. I’ve had covid and was vey achy. But when I had my second jab, the following day I felt like I’d been hit by a bus. My ribs and back felt broken! I said those exact words to my DH. I’m still quite tired after having covid. 8 weeks on. Hope you feel better soon.

I had that but found that paracetamol worked for it
