Has anyone else been contacted by Oxford Vaccine Group / Astra Zeneca to take part in a plague vaccine trial ?

You are invited to take part in a research study to test a vaccine against Plague. This study is being conducted by the Oxford Vaccine Group, part of the University of Oxford, and is funded by Innovate UK.
If you are aged 18 to 55 years old and in good health, then you may be eligible to take part in the study. The total study participation time is up to 1 year.
What is plague and why is a vaccine important?

Plague is what the Black Death was, I think. Still a problem in some parts of the world.

Oxford Vaccine Group have existed for donkey's years. I remember them recruiting children for a trial (Men B?) when DC was small (10? years ago).

They are working at a stable vaccine against plague since at least 2019 - the existing vaccines are not good enough. (I don't provide links as those I have are in German.) When they now start to test, that's great.
