Covid vaccine side effect- hot!

Hello,

I had my 2nd covid vaccine on Thursday and I've had so many more side effects that the first.
I felt so ill yesterday that I had to drop my little boy off at my mums because I felt just washed out and my arm really aches, I keep having hot flashes and then going cold but I haven't got a temperature.
I feel slightly better today but keep going hot and cold and just a really achy arm.
I just wondered if anyone else had these after having the 2nd Pzfer?

Sounds very normal - the feeling hot but not having a temp is how I was when I had covid.

Anecdotally, side effects from the Pfizer are worse after the second jab, but it’s the opposite for the AZ.
Hopefully you’ll be pretty much over it by tomorrow though.

Thank you so much for the replies :) Hopefully it all goes away quickly, I feel a lot better today than yesterday so maybe just taking a few days!!

Take come paracetamol for the fever and arm ache. It will ease soon.

I agree, the AZ seemed to have worse side effects (if any) with the 1st vaccine.
