Changing info on NHS app

Hi there,

Has anyone had any luck with changing info on the NHS app for your vaccine passport? My partner received second dose of Pfizer, however the NHS app is saying Moderna. Pfizer is what was written on the card you get at the appointment…

Need both to match otherwise countries aren’t classing you as fully vaccinated apparently. Have phoned 119 but are waiting for a call back… just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation?

I would be sending him back to wherever he got vaccinated. They will know what they had on that particular day. And can hopefully advice on how to sort this.

I had the same issue - they registered me as having AZ rather than Pfizer (though worse as it was before my second dose so they booked me in for the wrong one).

You have to speak to the place that did it and they will need to correct and send a notification to your GP.
It was a nightmare to sort
