Covid pass for travel - help!

Flying to Spain early next week. Downloaded the NHS app to get my Covid pass but it’s saying I need to verify who I am by uploading photo ID. Unfortunately my medical records are in my maiden name and all photo ID in married name! There is no option to add a photo of my marriage certificate. Has anyone managed to get around this or knows another way to get proof of vaccine status?

If your passport is in your married name and your Covid letter in your maiden name will they accept this as proof to travel at all?

Go into your GP surgery with marriage certificate and ask them to change your name. It will update on NHS app really quickly, mine took a day

Hot foot it to the GP and get medical records changed over? Or see if they can verify you?

This. I did the same, all sorted pretty quickly.

Has anyone in Scotland had this issue. My vaccine is in my maiden name but passport is in my married name. Spoke to Easyjet and asked if I can bring my marriage certificate as a linking document and she said I could but she was only suggesting it, not confirming it would be ok! And then told me to email the Spanish Embassy. 🙄

I've updated my surname now with my GP but it doesn't seem to have updated my vaccine records and we don't have an app up here.
