2nd vaccine - Pfizer

Hi all. I have my second dose of pfizer coming up next week. I'm in my 20s. After another thread on here where a number of people spoke about how unwell they felt after their jabs, I'm a little nervous!

I had no symptoms after my first jab. I've also had COVID this year. Please put my mind at rest. Did anyone else feel ok after their second jab?

I had mine on Sunday and other than a sore arm, I'm fine!

I was worried about my second Pfizer but apart from a sore arm (but not as bad as first time) I was fine, maybe a little tired?

I just had a sore arm as well, I'm sure it'll be fine.

I had my second Pfizer yesterday morning. No side effects after first or second so fingers crossed you are the same OP! Not sure if this helps but for the second one I took paracetamol an hour before and every 6 hours throughout the day x

Sore arm for 24 hours but that's all.

Oh great guys, thanks! Definitely expect a sore arm like last time but I must admit the other thread scared me into thinking I would need a week in bed to recover!

Sore arm and a headache, nothing some painkillers didn't sort.

I was really thirsty for a couple days, same as with the first jab. Nothing major though.

I had second jab at 28 weeks pregnant (first at 20 weeks) and just sore arm both times x

Early 20s here, had my second Pfizer a month ago. After just a sore arm with my first, my arm was noticeably less sore with the second, and I had a bit of a headache in the evening (sorted with paracetamol and gone in the morning). I did get chills and shakes for about half an hour, 2/3 hours after the jab, but I’m still not sure if it was from the vaccine itself or the long walk I took in 35 degree heat right after

Anyhow, it was super mild and I just sat down while it passed. Nothing to be worried about but just so you know that it can happen, mildly.

I had my 2nd about 24 hours ago - I've got a sore (achy) arm but nothing else. Had nothing with the first either.

@user1471539466 hey I feel exactly the same as you! It’s been 10 weeks since my first I’ve pushed it back because of the horror stories I have seen online. I’m dreading it now it makes me feel sick even thinking about it!
