NC because I realise this makes me sound like a conspiracy nut and I'm not. I'm just bewildered.
DH, DS and I tested positive by lateral flow. PCR confirmed DS but not DH, me or DD. Two days later, I got emails from NHS telling us our Covid tests we had taken the day before were all negative. We hadn't taken any. I called T&T and they couldn't explain what happened but advised we retake the LF tests, said they had massive amounts of data to process. We did, all positive, repeated PCR, all came back negative! About six hours later, I got pinged as a close contact and so did DD, but DS and DH got text and email telling them they were positive! Called T&T again. Again told about masses of data and told that it was their PCR that was positive that causes the ping, not their lat flow- which makes sense because I didn't get a message telling me I was positive.
Until today. I got an email when I woke up this morning telling me my Covid test I took four days ago was positive. DD is the only one of us who is genuinely unwell with high temp, loss of smell, cough , and she tested negative on PCR.
I have no idea what's going on. None at all. Has anyone experienced similar??
