Has anyone got any experience with this? My DD has just registered for this as is travelling to Madeira on 23rd Aug, but unfortunately put in her departure date as arrival home date and is now in a state. I checked the FAQs and there was an email address to say if you had made a mistake in registering, and she has emailed but no response yet. We just lost her father, her sibling has tested positive and she is now panicking that she has thrown away another £100 she can’t afford.
Anyone have ant words of comfort?
