Protection against #hospitilisation# from 1 Pfizer?

Hello. I have a history of idiopathic anaphylaxis due to another medical condition and had anaphylaxis after my first Pfizer (not completely unexpected).

Does anyone know the % protection against hospitilisation (not infection) that one Pfizer vs two would provide?

Google gives widely variable answers!

I am sure most of us would search Google as well for this.

Can you talk to your GP because from what I have read a second dose of any vaccine gives much longer lasting protection. One dose MIGHT wear off quickly.

@butterkistpop sorry to hear this! I have only had one Pfizer too and I have been searching like mad! Such varied answers. It’s a strange one as recently I have friends with no vaccine who have been fine, family with 2 vaccines who have been bed bound and then 2 other friends with just one Pfizer and one was ok she felt like she had a bad cold and the other bed bound but was fine after about 5/6 days. It’s just such a strange one!
