PCR results, different times?

Morning everyone,

Dh an dd had walk in PCR tests at 9am yesterday morning. DH results came through at 3am but have had nothing for DD.

Every other time we have had tests the results have all come together, is it normal to have a gap?

Yes, ours came at different times a couple of times, all negative.

Yep out of six we had 2 negative followed a day later by a positive, then negative. Our 2 remaining never came back despite chasing
