Has anyone used the Chronomics testing package?

Has anyone used the Chronomics testing package via TUI for your tests to travel abroad?
What are your experiences please?
They do a package with TUI where you order the Antigen tests to take on holiday with you and do within 72 hours of returning home and then the tests to do on day 2 once you come home.

I ordered the packs. But we fly early tomorrow morning and none of them have arrived yet. I had an email this morning so say they are delayed and at the other end of the country

Luckily, after reading some bad reviews, I ordered a back up antigen on next day delivery (from fly insurance) and that has arrived. For flying home, I found out that we can pay for them in our hotel.

Hopefully when we get back the PCR tests will be waiting!

I’ve emailed them for refunds but apparently they are not good at doing this. So, after paying over £200 to them, I’ll be paying another £120 for more tests that they didn’t deliver in time
