I have been text to self isolate and i have done a home kit lateral flow test is that enough or do I need to do a test booked in a centre?

I’m not sure what you mean. If T and T have told you to isolate then you need to isolate. LFT is not accurate enough if you’ve been a close contact.

You don't need to test unless you have symptoms. You do need to isolate though...

close contacts are advised to get a pcr.
