Covid brain fog

Does anyone else suffer from Covid brain fog? I keep making the most stupid mistakes in work due to forgetfulness and poor memory.

I had Covid in January. Will this improve or is there anything I can do? So frustrating!

I definitely have this. I had covid at Christmas and i swear to God it has left me with holes in my brain as ìn i can do something and instantly go to do it again, not realising ive done it. It's quite distressing

@LEMtheoriginal thanks for replying. I’m convinced it’s what’s wrong with me although I’ve booked an appointment with GP for blood tests to rule anything else out.

When I got Covid, my worst symptoms were neurological too. I had a migraine that lasted for about 3 weeks, dizziness and I was spaced out for days when I was first diagnosed. At the time, I said to my DH; ‘I think this is attacking my brain.’ Actually quite scary!

My employer is understanding but not sure how long I can get away with making mistakes and I’m sure he thinks Covid brain fog is just an excuse...
