If you had a positive lat flow and no symptoms at all at the time, did you subsequently get ill?

Dh has done a lat flow this morning as a routine and it’s positive.
He has no signs at all and is double vaccinated with Pfizer.

Is he likely to get signs now?!
I just wondered how it worked for you all.

DS did a lateral flow, as had just recieved a close contact message from school, and we were about to go to a garden party. Faint positive LFT. Got a temperature about 6 hrs later. The PCR taken about that time was positive. He wasnt particularly ill (I mean, he was on time paracetamol, occasionally topped up with ibuprofen, and didnt really eat for 5 days, but there was no question of heeding a medic to intervene).
Too young for any vaccination. Double vaccinated DH, single vaccinated me and unvaccinated DS2 didnt get it, despite not social distancing, just keeping windows open, wiping shared surfaces, and banning him from putting hands in the fridge - we got him anything he would consider drinking.

Yes but very mildly so. I had covid before I was vaccinated.

DH’s pcr test was negative and he’s done daily lat flow tests since witch have all been negative.
He’s still totally fine.
Am unsure what this means tbh
