Positive test and legoland

My husband has just tested positive. He feels ok, just a bit coldy. We will obviously be isolating for the next 10 days, more if needed.
My question is, we had a visit to legoland booked for Wednesday this week. I have tried to call them but can't get through on the phones, they aren't accepting calls. I have submitted a request through their online system but am now worried that we won't be able to change our ticket dates. Has anyone experienced this and what was your outcome. I've got two children in tears at not going this week. I'd hate to have to pay again.

Their website says you can change if someone has symptoms or tests positive, there is a Contact Us form which you can use. Even if it takes time to get back to you (I expect they are mega busy) you can still show that you wanted to make the change in plenty of time. Hope your husband feels ok.

@unfortunateevents thank you. I hadn't found that bit on their website. Yes, that's the form I had filled in. Hopefully it will be ok and that they will get back to me soon (oh and that dh is ok 😂)

Do you belong to any local Facebook groups or Whatsapp for school, maybe someone would buy them from you so you can go another day.
