ZOE Antibody Test Invite

I received an email last night inviting me to register for an antibody test to find out if I may have had Covid. As far as I am aware I haven't had it so I was intrigued and I registered on the YouGov website.

Today I have received a text message with a code to input to order the test, but when I go to the website and input the code and all my details it lets me get to the final page then tells me I am ordering a PCR test, which is not what I am after!

Has anybody else tried to do this and had the same problem? There doesn't seem to be details anywhere of anyone I can contact about the issue so I'm not sure what to do now.

Yes, I had the same. I just kept going and continued filling it in. Just that one screen was incorrect. In the end I got a confirmation that said thank you for ordering a coronavirus antibody home test kit, so it seems to have worked.

Same happened to me. But place the order and it will say antibody test at the end and you’ll get a text. I’ve just sent mine back Smile

Same here, I stopped inputting my details but I’ll try again if it does finally get to the antibody order pages!
