Had tonsillitis last Tuesday was confirmed by confirmed by doctors on Wednesday I did a pcr test Tuesday that’s come back negative and daily ltf since all negative I’ve since had a persistent cough but lots of phlegm and Chesty no dry cough at all should I do another pcr or Cary on as normal 2 ltf today are both negative I’ve probably just got bad tonsillitis as I get it all the time but the cough is so annoying

It's worth doing another PCR.

Around 30% of PCR tests are false negatives.

Thank you will do another one I will try order one although no Mail being delivered and I can’t get to a testing centre I’m supposed to be going to work tomorrow guess I’m going to have to not go
