how to get a vaccine for 12-17 years olds living with immunosuppressed

If anyone sees any info on this please could they let me know. I am immunosuppressed and have 2 children in this group.
But they live with me 50% time and are registered at their dads - no doubt they will get missed off the list.

You need to speak to your gp. To get vaccinated as a carer or household member they need to have it noted on their records
