On the passenger locator form for return to the UK, when returning from an amber list country, this morning you can either click that you have to isolate or are travelling for an exempt reason. But from today if you are fully vaccinated you don’t need to isolate and the recommendation not to travel has been lifted therefore you may not be travelling for an exempt reason (such as work or a medical emergency). Therefore surely there should be a third option? ie you don’t need to isolate due to being fully vaccinated but you are also not travelling for an exempt reason. Help??
