So how does t&t at work pan out?

Office based - very few people in, strict social distancing measures in place. We've only had one case before, couldn't get through to t&t on phone to get advice but everyone was using the app and got pinged appropriately (and we closed the floor anyway) the positive person also gave t&t her work place details as we got a half arsed email from the council about a week later with no real advice.

Now have another staff member tested positive (not using the app) she has given t&t her work details.
Shall I expect them to tell us/ close people to isolate ? Or just another email in a week saying 'we know you've had a case, be careful'?

Not sure what we're meant to do apart from tall everyone to wfh next week and take regular tests etc. I can't make them isolate.
