My friend has been asked to provide proof of her vaccinations via the nhs app in order to attend her yoga class.
She has an abusive ex so uses another form of her name in day to day life except for official things such as drs, banking etc.
She has been attending this class for almost a year now under her "day to day " name rather than her official name.
What details does the app show when you have to show it to prove vaccinations? What will the yoga instructor be able to see?

It shows name and date of birth. Surely she just needs to show her driving license or passport which should match.

It will show her real name as that's what will be linked to her NHS number I would think.
It she'll be opening the app on her phone, held in her hand so I would think no-one would question it?
FWIW, my DD goes by a different first name in daily life, and has honestly done so since she was about 2, but always registers for things with her baptismal name. It never seems to matter.
If things did get difficult her driving license provides photo ID in her real name. Could your friend show that?

Her name and date of birth will be at the top, but she has the option of opening the app and sliding up the screen to show just the vaccination details
