Are you really surprised? The daily number of cases are nearly at 50,000 a day, hospital admissions and deaths have started to rise and the government is saying you don’t need to wear mask. Mask wearing, social distancing and ventilation all work in the reduction of the spread of covid. Yet apparently they are unimportant.

Of course there will be! Leaving mask wearing and distancing down to the individual means loads of selfish people won't do it and it will spread even further. Schools being off will help a little, but in September it's going to be bad again.

Yes there will be in winter. Whitty knows this. Johnson probably does too.
