So c87% of adults have now had their first dose. Do we think we are now in the territory that the remaining 13% are predominantly people who do not intend to/can't get the vaccine for one reason of another, or do we think there are sill a reasonable number who plan to get it but have not yet had their appointment?

2 local walkins posted on facebook today that there are no queues, but they close 4.30/5 pm, so most people working cannot get there.

The people I know who haven't - my sisters and friend's husband - have decided not to. I don't know anyone who wants to but hasn't

I get the impression that there are a fair few 40+ in Scotland who don't want AZ but are being refused anything else.

There's probably a few still to come forward, those pregnant, some getting their head around it, some who've unfortunately caught covid before having their vaccine and have to wait. However, take up is much lower now, so I think we're coming towards the end of those who'll take it up. Personally, I can't see more than another 3% taking it up, unless it's opened up to younger people. Looks like the government are going to let it rip, so we'll then achieve herd immunity through those that are unvaccinated - really hope not too many of those who genuinely can't have it suffer.

Lots of students/young people in the 18-25 age group have had COVID recently, so will have to wait 4 weeks before their first jab. So, more to come.
