I'm worried but have a tendency to catastrophise about health issues.
Day 2 of symptoms, headache, sneezing, bit of cough / sore throat. Temp spiking at 38 despite taking paracetamol. Is this normal? I had AZ , last one a month ago.

I know two people who've had it since vaccination. One young person who only had one jab who has just had a cold and one person who has had 2 jabs and has had to go into hospital. He's over 80 though and hasn't needed massive intervention. Without the jabs I assume it would have been a severe case.

DH and so both currently have Covid, both double jabbed. His cough has been pretty bad but he has asthma and it hasn't affected his breathing. He's felt tired and shivery but no temp. I've just started with a bit of a cough so will see how it plays out for me!

Headache still there. 😢
I slept better which was nice, and sore throat has eased.

OP have you actually had a positive test?

I had the symptoms you describe, as did my husband, and both of us tested negative. It lasted four or five days.

Tatapie · 14/07/2021 12:06

@coogee yes my DS had it then I was positive on lft (Very faint tho!) and on pcr. The symptoms are the same as a normal cold it seems. Hope it relents soon, not been unwell in so long I'm struggling to be patient!
