Has anyone used the day 2 tests recently for the purposes of returning from holiday, and can tell me how quickly the test results are coming back please? I dropped ours off at a drop box at lunchtime today. Am concerned as my daughter just tested positive (not connected to our holiday, she wasn't with us).
