Isolation question

If I've been asked to isolate for 10 days does that mean I've come into contact with someone positive today?

I think the contact would be yesterday.

More likely to be yesterday as the day of contact is day 0 and the day after is day 1. If its from the app then there's a bit in the app that tells you when contact was

Where were you yesterday? It's a cumulative 15 minutes so doesn't all have to be at once

Popped to shop walked with my youngest 10 mins there 10 mins back 2 mins in shop at most

I can't I deleted it in annoyance, I've downloaded it again and it's not there anymore. But if I wasnt out what would it matter what time they said it was
