My colleagues are saying no, but I'm not sure?!

Is this a positive LF?
OP posts:
AddsVsGeorgs · 08/07/2021 17:37

I would do it again i think

WrongKindOfFace · 08/07/2021 17:42

Yes it is. The fine can be very light and it still counts as a positive.

x2boys · 08/07/2021 17:42

I can see a, line 😥

Abraxan · 08/07/2021 17:45

I can definitely Italy see a line.
I'd book a pcr for tomorrow morning.

doorornottodoor · 08/07/2021 17:45

Yes sorry 😢

Abraxan · 08/07/2021 17:47

Your colleague's are wrong I'm afraid.
Any line, no matter how faint or dark it is, is positive,

Is this a positive LF?
KittyMcKitty · 08/07/2021 17:48

I would take it to be a positive unless a PCR comes back differently.

SirVixofVixHall · 08/07/2021 17:48

Yes, like a pregnancy test , even a faint positive is a positive.
Sorry OP.

KatherineJaneway · 08/07/2021 17:48

Yes, it is positive.

Couldhavebeenme2 · 08/07/2021 17:51

Time to book a PCR op

blahblahblah321 · 08/07/2021 17:51

I think it looks positive, sorry OP

littlepeas · 08/07/2021 17:54

I’d do it again. It looks more like the solution ran out before the end of the window (making it look like a line) to me.

PotteringAlong · 08/07/2021 17:55

I would treat that as a positive and book a PCR test asap

MK19590 · 08/07/2021 17:57

I'd do another one if this is possible

Feelingbad2 · 08/07/2021 18:03

The solution comes from that side so it can’t be that
Northernsoullover · 08/07/2021 18:07

I can see a line too.

Verbena87 · 08/07/2021 18:07

Pcr time for sure.

SteveBuscemisRheumyEye · 08/07/2021 18:16

Thanks all. Yep, I'm glad you agree with me. I'm nhs and shocked that my ward manager thought it was fine!

Kittyswhiskers · 08/07/2021 18:17

The dye runs badly on some but it does look positive. Repeat your lf and book a pcr if you can.

Kittyswhiskers · 08/07/2021 18:17

Thanks all. Yep, I'm glad you agree with me. I'm nhs and shocked that my ward manager thought it was fine!

Are you? Grin I think nhs staff are expected to work even if their legs are falling off Wink

tedsletterofthelaw · 08/07/2021 18:25

Looks a bit dodgy. I would repeat. I saw DB's positive LFT and it was a pretty thick and obvious pink line.

toocold54 · 08/07/2021 18:30

Yes it is. I’d get a PCR test. Im shocked at your ward manager as most of the photos I’ve seen of positives don’t have really thick lines.

Branleuse · 08/07/2021 18:33

do another

Nootkah · 08/07/2021 19:02

@SteveBuscemisRheumyEye It looks a lot more definitely positive than many positive faint lines that have been posted on here. Sorry. Your colleagues are wrong. Thats a positive.

fresiaboquet · 08/07/2021 19:42

looks about the same as my daughters 2 tests (on seperate occassions) and both times (6 months apart!) she went on to have positive pcr
