Entry for Children into Spain

Given todays announcement about travel to Amber list countries, Ive taken a look at guideance for entry into Spain for children (DD is 17) and it looks to me that proof of vaccination is needed for children to enter Spain, along with adults.

Is this correct? DD wont be vaccinated till she is 18.

No, they need a PCR as they can't routinely be vaccinated, don't they? That's the diagnostic test part of that list.

Or diagnostic test - so don’t necessarily have to be vaccinated

I have been looking at Spain as well, but am completely confused by the entry requirements back into the UK. It seems you need a test before you leave Spain and then a day 2 test when you return. How do you get a test in Spain? Sorry if this sounds dim, I hadn't even considered going away until recently.
