Does everyone need to isolate now?

Went to a wedding at the weekend
Everyone was asked to do a LFT beforehand
One person who did this has since tested positive
with a LFT after being contacted by someone else they saw before the wedding and test and trace have told them to isolate and test
I was outside the whole time, didn’t really mix with many people there
Do we all need to isolate now or do we wait for their PCR result and wait to be contacted by t&t?
I’m going to do a daily LFT

It will really depend who is classed as a close contact of the person who has tested positive, do you know if you spoke to the person in question or sat near them etc?

You wait for T&T to notify you. You don’t need to isolate until then.

You don't have to do anything unless you get the dreaded phone call from test and trace.

I missed a call today from Manchester. Every time I call back it’s engaged. I wonder if that was them. I didn’t go near anyone though and sat on my own so maybe I’m safe!
