Is the flat rate of £500 always paid as a flat rate or do they pay you your contracted hours for isolation period?
I'm on a low income and only 15 hours contracted hours but never do 15 hours and always work well over but now worried they will pay me what my contracted hours are and not what I usually do.
How long do they take to process it and is it usually paid straight away? Thank you
