Childcare in isolation

Am I able to form a childcare bubble for two (11 year old) children in the same class who are isolating so that both single parent adults can go to work? Older teenager from one family would be left in charge.

No.

I mean, you can do what you need to do to pay the bills, but it's not legal.

PotteringAlong · 01/07/2021 19:58

I would. As long as you all isolate if one of the 11 year olds subsequently tests positive.

NothingIsWrong · 01/07/2021 19:59

Legally no, but I probably would if I had to pay the bills

Legally, you can do what you want.

I doubt it's within the guidelines though.

I would do it to keep my job. I had to pick my son up today from school and offered to collect another child while there as I knew his mum had a busy day planned. Teacher didn't bat an eyelid.
