I've been told to isolate this evening for 6 days. I'm really confused because this coincides with a work colleague getting a positive lateral flow and work asking me to isolate. My husband's app hasn't said anything to him. Do you think it could be the colleague getting a positive PCR that has set it off?
This was my last few days...
Thurs: Colleague and I travelled on train 1.5-2m apart and sat next to each other to eat lunch.
Fri: WFH and I didn't leave the house.
Sat: Event with DH. Contact with lots of people but not for a long time. DH and I were together the whole time and his app hasn't gone off.
Sun: Return from event with DH. Took DS to optician.
Mon: In work with colleague but phone was about 4m away from his phone, in my bag.
Tues: Work told me to isolate in morning AND my app went off at about 6pm.
