Planning to get vaccinated but are petrified…I want to get the vaccine but very very scared that it’ll kill me. Anyone like me?

I think your fear is extreme. Why would it kill you?

I was going to get AZ but now so scared I thought I’ll go ahead and book Pfizer but really scared of that having issues

I haven’t slept in two days due to this…I really want to get the vaccine before the 19th of July but I feel ill die

Get some help in RL. Talk to your GP or another HCP, random internet strangers can't make you feel any better if you feel this extreme.

I don’t have any rl connections to talk to.. getting hold of the gp is far from easy.. I’m on cbt but that is not helping as I’ve got myself into a twist..

Call up your GP practice and explain to them that you want to speak to someone as you are concerned about the jab. That will be a start.
