Hospital screening test procedure

Can anyone answer for me, if someone tests positive on a screening PCR test given at a hospital, with the positive result discovered after discharge, what happens next? Any hospital doctors able to answer, or anyone been through it?

Nothing unless you get poorly I would think. You will be advised to do the usual isolating. (Hospital nurse)
