Quick question about contact tracing

(In Scotland if its any different)

If someone tests positive on a Friday, and are asked for contacts from Test and Protect Scotland, how many days back do they go?

2 days from symptoms or from positive test if no symptoms

That's great, thank you. Couldn't find much official advice that actually stated a time.

(Am not a contact, BTW, just trying to figure out if a contact of mine should have been isolating as a contact if that make sense?)
