Do I need vaccination letter?

My appointment is in an hour and I've just realised I shredded the letter last night. Will they still give me the jab? On my DH letter it says we need to take the appointment letter & ID with us . Argh!!

You should be fine. They will have you on their list.

Take your NHS number though, it makes it easier.
