How do I contact track and trace?

Does anyone know what telephone number I call to speak to track and trace?
My son tested positive last week and has to isolate until Monday since then I have tested positive so I have to isolate for a further 10 days. Track and trace called me and said that my sons isolation will still end as planned. They have sent out the track and trace text message saying what date I have to isolate until and they have sent it with my sons name on it & not mine 🙄 & I need the correct text for work.

I emailed a question when I had to isolate, think there's an email address somewhere. The did get back to me.
