Testing and isolated after July 19th

Anyone know what the plans are for phasing out testing and isolating after 19th July or is this something we are going to have to do forever more? I can't seem to find anything in the stage 4 road map that clarifies this. Surely if you've been double jabbed you won't need to isolate? I thought that was the whole point of it? (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)

Yeah I was on the phone to Matt and Boris this morning and they said that after July 19th they hadn't got a friggin' clue what we would be doing.

That's because they've been too busy shagging around to bother with keeping to the plan 🤦‍♀️

It's been fairly widely reported this week that they're conducting studies as to whether contacts can do daily tests instead of isolating if double jabbed but it is still being looked into. I was part of a study about this and the research is ongoing . Currently in the USA contacts don't isolate if fully vaccinated but they haven't had the impact of delta there yet that we are having

Town was busy where I am yesterday as well. Inset day, secondary schools bubbles shut but not all kids required to isolate, probably a few people who could not leave their child at home and so went out anyway, and probably a few that did not care.
At a guess, they weren't all just popping out for milk and sanitiser either!
I am pretty rule abiding, but kids are being treated appallingly so I was glad to see it.
