To continue breastfeeding after vaccination

DD is 1 and we are pretty much at the point where I can stop breastfeeding. She has happily gone through a couple of days with no feeds at all but has had one feed a day on others.

I had my Covid vaccine yesterday and I don't know if its good to keep going or stop now. Is it good to feed her so she can get some antibodies from the breastmilk (if that is what happens??!) or best to avoid her being bf after a vaccine where possible? I was advised that it won't cause any harm to keep going but as Im at a point where I could stop or keep going was wondering if anyone had any advice?

I don’t think it matters one way or the other in regards to Covid vaccination and Bfing

BF if you and she want to, if not don’t.

From what I’ve read, it’s best continuing to breastfeed as you can pass on immunity from your vaccine to baby quite safely.

I am not having the vaccine, but if I had of I’d stop breastfeeding given the human trials haven’t reached a year yet and they don’t include pregnant or breastfeeding women. So as no safety can be confidently claimed at this point, I’d err on the side of caution.
