Outdoor gatherings

It's looking increasingly likely that restriction aren't going to be lifted on the 21st June - we've organised a school leavers event for the start July in a private garden and I understand that we're limited to 30 people. We could adapt the event and hold it for mums only - but I can't work out if the 30 people limit includes catering staff.

Any ideas?

I know weddings/funerals etc anyone who is there in a working capacity, such as waiting staff, don't count in the numbers.

How many children are in the class?

Maybe the school could hold it? They have different rules I think?

Are bubbles still a thing? If they're school leavers from the same school... I can't see why it should be an issue. Although I realise that logic doesn't always follow!
